Depending upon a user's account type, age, permissions, and privacy settings, certain profile information may be visible to other BallerConnect users or the public.

BallerConnect may provide additional privacy protections or visibility restrictions for youth profiles.

Parents and guardians should carefully consider the information, photographs, videos, and other content they choose to make available through a youth player's profile.

• BallerConnect may allow authorized users to upload photographs and videos related to players, teams, games, practices, or other baseball and softball activities.
• Photos, videos, and audio recordings containing a child's image or voice may constitute personal information under applicable children's privacy laws.
• Users who upload content are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority or permission to upload and share that content.
• Where required by law, BallerConnect will obtain appropriate parental authorization before collecting covered photos, videos, or audio directly from children.

If BallerConnect provides messaging, comments, posts, or other communication features, information users provide through those features may be processed to provide the communication service, maintain security, investigate reports, enforce platform policies, and protect BallerConnect users.

Additional restrictions may apply to communications involving youth accounts.

BallerConnect reserves the right to restrict, moderate, suspend, or remove communications or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or enforce platform rules.

BallerConnect may share information with service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including providers of:

• Cloud infrastructure
